pistol bay makes correction to amendment to warrants expiry date

Vancouver, B.C. – December 08, 2020: Pistol Bay Mining Inc. (TSX-V - PST; Frankfurt - OQS2, OTC/Pink Sheet symbol SLTFF) (“Pistol Bay” or the “Company”) announces that it has agreed to amend, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, the expiry date of 6,275, 000 and not 6,435,000 transferable share purchase warrants (the “Warrants”), (see NR dated December 07, 2020) that were issued by way of a private placement announced on November 25, 2019 by extending the expiry date from December 20, 2020 to December 20, 2021. The exercise price will remain at $0.05 per transferable share purchase warrant.
