Annual General & Special Meeting

The 2026 Annual General and Special Meeting of shareholders of Pegasus Resources Inc. will consider, among other things, a Plan of Arrangement for the acquisition of Pegasus by Aero Energy Limited, as well as annual general meeting matters including the receipt of annual financial statements, election of directors, appointment of auditors, and approval of the 10% rolling stock option plan.
